What Payments do you accept?

Credit Cards- 

We accept payment with the following credit cards:

During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. Your credit card is charged once you have selected to proceed with your order.

 

Gift Cards- 

To redeem a gift certificate at Baby Essentials, follow the simple steps below.

  1. You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
  2. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
  3. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
  4. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.

Do you sell gift cards?

How long will my order take to get to me?

Most products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. This means you will receive your parcel within 3-5 days depending on your location within Australia. If there is a delay in shipping we will advise you.

If any item is out of stock, we will contact you either via email or phone.

 

What is organic cotton?

Cultivation of cotton begins with hand picked cotton, free of chemicals and pesticides. This prevents allergies from your skin while at the same time protects workers and the environment. Right after the harvest, the cotton is spun and manufactured mechanically free of any chemicals. This reduces the shrinkage to 4% and leaves the garments feeling softer on your skin. As Egyptian cotton has very long fibers, it can be manufactured into especially soft fabrics, which in return translates into extremely gentle, comfortable, long wearing clothing for your child.
